You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. SlotDay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Deposits are generally credited to your SlotDay account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. SlotDay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. SlotDay reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in your own name — transfers to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.
Processing times vary by payment method. SlotDay aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
All transactions on SlotDay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a transaction originates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. SlotDay is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
SlotDay does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, SlotDay reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. If you believe a game result on SlotDay is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. SlotDay's decision on disputed game results, made after reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding.

SlotDay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use SlotDay at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are secure and suitable for accessing the platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes SlotDay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
